Table of Contents
Lyney will be released in the upcoming update 4.0. Then, Wriothesley and Neuvillette will become playable in update 4.1. Get to know their role and prepare for their banners now.
I. Lyney's Best Role
Lyney is an excellent bow PDS character in Genshin Impact 4.0 with powerful charged attacks and elemental bursts. His Charged Attack will drain out his HP. Therefore, he should go with a healer like Bennett. Besides, Xiangling and Kazuha are two great members of Lyney's team.
His elemental burst will turn Lyney into a cat hiding inside his hat while dealing damage to surrounding enemies. Moreover, this Pyro DPS also has an AoE elemental skill to mark many opponents with Pyro auras to trigger Pyro resonance and other elemental reactions. The First Great Magic - the signature bow of Lyney is the best weapon for this role.
II. Bes Roles Of Wriothesley
Wriothesley is a duke in Fontaine and the commander in the Fortress of Meropide. His mighty metal fist of this man can make the most stubborn criminals behave well. This Cryo character is compared with Heizou who also has elegant and mighty fisticuffs.
Wriothesley can play as an on-field Cryo DPS/sub-DPS character for the Melt team with his kit. When unleashing his elemental skill, this Cryo character will enter a Chilling Penalty state and unleash more dangerous kicks. His elemental burst unleash an AoE Icicle Impact attack followed by a Surging Blade with Ousia energy.
III. Recommended Roles For Neuvillette
Like Wriothesley, Neuvillette is a reliable on-field DPS character scaling on max HP and the unique damage mechanism of the charged attack. He unleashes a Hydro ring dealing AoE Hydro DMG to enemies while consuming stamina.
Besides, he has Equitable Judgment charged attack dealing continual Hydro DMG to targets straight forwards without consuming stamina. But it drains his HP continually if the HP bar is over 50%.
Both the Elemental skill and burst of this character deal AoE Hydro DMG to the opponents in the range of attack. Therefore, he can play as a Hydro applicator to apply the Hydro element to a large enemy mob to trigger many powerful reactions, such as Bloom, Hyperbloom, Frozen, Vaporize, etc. This character can also support Pyro, Electro, Dendro, and Cryo DPS in your team.
These three Fontaine characters will come to the game in Genshin Impact updates 4.0 and 4.1. Just prepare Primogems to roll these DPS and sub-DPS characters if your team still has a vacancy for them.
