Top 5 Weakest Characters In Free Fire And How Garena Should Fix Them

Free Fire's OB27 patch has changed the character system greatly, with previously weak characters getting boosted to a playable level. However, not all of them are that lucky - there are still quite a few useless characters left in Free Fire's roster.

In this article, we will list out the top 5 weakest characters in Free Fire OB27.

5 - Shani

Ability: Gear Recycle - Restore armor durability after every kill. Extra durability can upgrade your armor, up to level 3.

While this ability is definitely useful, the effects are just weak and not worth the trouble. You have to make a kill for the ability to take effect... and even at max level, it takes quite a few to upgrade your armor. It is best to just pick up a new armor somewhere on the battlefield instead of relying on Shani's skill.

This ability should restore more armor durability - at least 50 per kill instead of the usual 20.

4 - Nikita

Ability: Firearms Expert - Reload Submachine gun faster.

While extra reload speed is useful, the skill's limit of "submachine gun only" is just too restricting. If you plan on using any other weapon class, this skill is pretty much useless. Furthermore, the SMG class already has a very high reload speed (with the UMP having the fastest reload in the game), the effect is more or less unneeded.

Garena should fix the skill by letting it affect every gun in the game and not just SMGs.

3 - Paloma

Ability: Arms-dealing - Able to carry AR ammo without taking up inventory space.

Inventory space does not worth as much as a skill slot - especially when the ability is as limited as Paloma's. Not only does this skill weak, but it is also super situational. If you don't use AR and carry no AR ammo, Arms-dealing has literally no effect.

For this skill to be useful, it needs to work on all ammo types and not just ARs.

2 - Caroline

Ability: Agility - Increased movement speed when holding a shotgun.

Overall, this ability is similar to Kelly's skill - the value is too low for it to actually matters. Unlike Kelly, Caroline's agility only works on shotguns, which further limits the skill to some VERY underwhelming builds.

To fix this ability, Garena needs to boost the speed to at least 15 or 20%, or remove the shotgun restriction and add some other effects.

1 - Ford

Ability: Iron Will - Reduce damage taken outside the safe zone.

Ford's ability is once again the weakest skill in Free Fire. No one wants to take damage by staying outside of the safe zone... and even if they are outside, the damage reduction bonus from Iron Will is just too small to actually matters. The last circle is going to take one more second to kill you... and that's it.

Garena can fix this ability by increasing it to at least 50%.
