2 - What can you trade in Minecraft village?
Once you arrive in a village, you can interact with villagers in Minecraft to purchase and sell goods. Not all items from a villager would be available in each instance - you need to trade multiple times to get more reputation first. They have five career levels that can be increased by trading items: novice, apprentice, journeyman, expert, and eventually master.
This is why it's best to revisit the same villager when trading. Furthermore, villagers have professions and the items they sell are based on that. Farmers will offer bread at novice, a golden carrot at master, etc.

3 - What kind of loot can you get in a village?
Village chests are generated randomly in houses. They contain different loot based on the biome. A desert village chest will contain a dead bush, but a plain village chest will have an oak sapling. Blacksmith house chests are the most valuable. They usually contain valuable items such as Minecraft ingots, diamonds, iron armor, and rare loot.
Cartographer house chest contains sticks, paper, bread, and other valuable items. Butcher house chests have an array of meats such as beef and mutton, but also coal, and occasionally emeralds.
4 - Notes on zombie villages, raids & iron golems
- Zombie villages
Zombie village is a rare occurrence in Minecraft - the Zombie village only has a 2% chance to spawn. It is populated with zombie villagers and doesn't have doors or torches. There is a 10% that zombies will spawn in the village at midnight... and if there are at least 20 villagers and 10+ doors, a zombie siege will occur.
- Village raids
You can inadvertently destroy a village if you enter one while afflicted by the Bad Omen status effect. A village raid will happen, with hordes of enemies spawning and attack the village. You can get this effect by killing a raid captain, who often spawn among Illagers. This effect can be removed by drinking milk or waiting for a certain period of time.
If you want to farm a raid or just want to trigger a raid for fun, you can just keep the Bad Omen status effect and use it to trigger a raid. A few mob waves consist of Illagers, Evokers, Witches, Vindicators, and Ravagers will spawn.
They will attack the player and any villagers in their path. Beating them will rewards you with emeralds, saddles, and lots of rare items. Furthermore, being able to stop a village raid in Minecraft will give you a discount on buying items from Villagers. You should build a good defense prior to doing this.
- Iron Golems
These golems are village protectors - one will usually spawn within a village. Overall, having a few of them around is fairly helpful - you won't have to worry about creepers and the like. To create an Iron Golem, just place 4x iron blocks in a T-shape and put a carved pumpkin on top.
