3. QBZ / G36C / SCAR-L

The reason that these 3 weapons are at the same spot is that the G36C and QBZ replace the SCAR-L on Vikendi and Sanhok. They are overall very similar to each other, with only minor differences:

The SCAR-L is a great middle range rifle with great stability. With the muzzle, stock and a 4x scope attached, it becomes a great long range weapon that works super well on big maps like Erangel and Miramar.

The G36C and QBZ have about the same stat as the SCAR-L, but have a longer reload time and higher fire rate. This makes them better in close range fights, which happen more often on small maps like Vikendi and Sanhok.

4. M24

The M24 is also a very powerful sniper rifle. It actually has better stats than the Kar98 with more damage, bullet speed, and a bigger magazine. However, it is really hard to find an M24 because they are much rarer. The M24, while has more damage than the Kar98, can only one-shot a player with a Level 2 Helmet. That means its overall effectiveness is no more than the Kar98 much.

That being said, if you can find one, choosing the M24 is always the better option.

4. QBU

The QBU (QBU-88) is a DMR exclusive to Sanhok, replacing the Mini 14. It is a Chinese bullpup designed to fit the theme/location of the Southeast Asia map. This weapon is considered the most stable DMR in BGMI due to its default Bipod that automatically deploys upon going prone. It has one of the best recoil reductions in the game.

It is a shame that the QBU does not spawn on any other map but Sanhok. Its weakness is still ammo count, with the original magazine having only 10 bullets. You need to get an extended magazine to boost it to 20.

3. Kar98k

The Kar98 is the most popular sniper rifle in Battlegrounds Mobile India and can be found commonly on any map. It can one-shot a player with a Level 2 Helmet. This gun is the favorite weapon of many players in Battlegrounds Mobile India to show off their sniping skills.

It also uses the 7.62 bullets as the M24 but with less damage (75 per shot) at a faster fire rate. The range is just decent, yet it offers less recoil.

2. AWM

AWM is the rarest SR in this weapon category which is only spawned in the airdrop. While both Kar98k and M24 use 7.62mm ammo, this SR uses a unique ammo type of .300 rounds with super high hit damage of 132. The ammo of AWM is also spawned in the airdrop only. You can loot only 10 AWM bullets in an airdrop. Like M24, AWM also supports an extended mag to expand the ammo capacity from 5 to 7.

1. Mk14 EBR

The MK14 (Mark 14 Enhanced Battle Rifle) is more or less an improved version of the SKS that can only be acquired from airdrops. It deals more damage in the exchange for even more recoil. This can be easily fixed with a bipod and going prone - you can fire upon targets with relative safety.

BGMI has just released its newest collaboration event, Jujutsu Kaisen, based on the popular Japanese manga of the same name. Players can complete various achievements while playing the event on the Erangel and Livik maps.

1. Locate Super Crates to get high tier loot

There is a number of new features added in Jujutsu Kaisen mode, and Super Crates are probably the most important amongst them. They contain some of the best loot in the game and acquiring them allows players to get a much better chance in the match.

Furthermore, the Super Crate contains more than just one item. Every player in the squad can open the crate once.

2. Communication with teammates

Communication is important in any shooter, and BGMI is not an exception. Players need to establish proper communication to win matches. Make calls to tell your teammates about the enemy location, alongside following the direction given by the in-game leader. This would give the team a better chance to win the Jujutsu Kaisen mode.

3. Use the Cursed Corpse Grenade

Cursed Corpse Grenade is a new special grenade that was added as part of the event. Upon exploding, it would summon a giant creature named Cathy, who can be used in fights to get an advantage. The creature is hostile to everyone, even the grenade users.

By defeating Cathy, players can get a moderate amount of loot. Burning this grenade is a great way to gear your team up early on. In the late game, however, the grenade is a great distraction tool, forcing enemies to waste bullets on the creature. While that happens, you can easily take your chance to eliminate them.

4. Use the recall feature

One of the unique features players can use in this event is Recall. It allows them to summon their dead teammates back into the match. Players can access the recall tower at several locations in Erangel and Livik.

A successful activation would bring the team back to full strength and increase your chance to win the match. However, these locations are heavily contested so it is best to be careful when approaching them. You can also ambush enemies there.

5. Gain exploration points

This event is going to be the same as the previous League of Legends: Arcane mode, with the ability to participate in exploration events to gain points.

By completing classic matches, players would get up to 180 exploration points per day. The distribution of points will be based upon players' performance in those classic matches. The better players perform, the more points they get.

1. New Jujutsu Kaisen mode

This mode is based on the popular manga Japanese manga series Jujutsu Kaisen, this month's collaboration event. Players will encounter Jujutsu Kaisen characters moving around the battlefield of Erangel and Livik. Furthermore, the four characters are also going to be on the spawn island - players can talk to them before the match.

Outside of the characters, players can search for treasure boxes around the island to get high tier loot. This is a requirement to complete the missions available in the cycle tab. Lastly, skull grenades can be used to summon a boss, which drops a lot of rare loot upon defeat.

Just like the League of Legends: Arcane mode, there will be an exploration event in this mode too. Players can gain exploration points by playing classic matches in Jujutsu Kaisen mode. The distribution of exploration points will be based upon players' performance in those classic matches. The better players perform in the match, the more points they get.

To complete the whole exploration chapter, players need to play every day, as they can only gain 140 points per day.

2. New 8v8 Santorini TDM map

The new TDM map is called Santorini, based on a Greece island of the same name. Unlike the usual 4vs4 TDM maps, Santorini supports a much bigger 8vs8 mode. The increase in player number resulted in an increase of the total required kills, from 40 to 80.

The map is pretty well designed, with small houses scattered all over the place, which serves as covers and sniping spots. Furthermore, this is the only map with ladders that players can use to climb to different places.

While in the Arena Training mode, players are given the same weapons as those on the Warehouse map. However, when it comes to TDM mode, players can choose any weapon of their choice and place it in their loadout before entering the match.

3. New partner voice packs

BGMI has been releasing voice packs based on famous content creators and pro players. After a month, Jonathan's voice pack is finally coming out. Other than that, this update would contain a number of new packs. It is to be seen if Snax or Kaztro is going to be part of the update or not.

The AWM has the highest single-shot damage in the game. It can penetrate a level 3 helmet in 1 shot and a level 3 vest in 2, which is super deadly in combat.

Its power is supplemented by the Beryl M762, a deadly weapon in close and medium-range combat. Its higher damage per bullet would give you an edge in a close duel against an opponent holding the M416, for example.

The Beryl M762 recoil weakness can be improved via attachments. After you have fully modded the weapon out, the M416 would not be able to outperform this gun, as bullet damage cannot be improved.

3. UMP45 and S12K

Both the UMP45 and S12K are close range weapons. Players should pick this combo if they are trying to ambush enemies in close range. The former has a quick fire rate and high damage capacity, while the latter can blast down enemies with a headshot.

Due to its nature of being a semi-automatic instead of pump-action, players can just spam the S12K at close range. When equipped with an extended magazine, it gets even better as the shell capability goes to 8.

4. M416 and Beryl M762

With AR being the easiest to use weapon class in BGMI, some players are more comfortable with two ARs. Overall, the M416 and Beryl M782 are probably the best double AR combo. M416's stability and Beryl M762's brute force allow players to deal with any situations that might arise in combat.

5. Groza and MK14

3. Game modes

The biggest difference is the player count. BGMI has double the number of players of Free Fire on a single map, and because of that, a match in BGMI is much longer. It takes a fairly long time for players to learn a BGMI map.

Free Fire and BGMI both have great variants for side modes. For example, Free Fire has the Big Head and Rampage New Dawn modes while BGMI has Missions Ignition and Mirror World modes. However, modes in BGMI are tied to events while Free Fire modes are available sometimes.

This results in Krafton's brand new anti-cheat system - they will now issue a device ban to all cheaters.

1. When is the device ban feature going to be implemented?

The feature would go live today, December 24, 2021. This is the strictest measure possible, as cheaters cannot use the same device to play the game anymore. Cheating has become a huge issue in both the Indian and Global servers, which Krafton's own anti-cheat system cannot catch up with.

Apparently, if the newly applied anti-cheat detects the use of any illegal program on a device, that device would be permanently banned from using BGMI. The community has been waiting for this for a long time - this would drastically reduce the number of cheaters in-game.

Besides this, Krafton has also taken some drastic measures to stop hackers and strengthen its anti-cheat systems:

• Combining enhanced cheat detection and banning mechanism, which can detect cheaters in real-time and punish them appropriately.
• Previously, first-time offenders were handed temporary bans but now they will all be receiving permanent bans.
• Youtube channels promoting BGMI hacks/illegal programs will be blocked.
• Hacks amongst high-ranking users will be taken very seriously.

2. How to unban your phone by changing IMEI?

Usually, all device bans are based on the IMEI number of your phone, which is a hardware feature that cannot be changed normally. However, it is possible to change it if your Android mobile is rooted and the Xposed framework is installed on your device. Overall, this is a pretty long and complicated process - that's why the device ban is such severe action.

• Firstly, you need to Root your device.
• Afterward, download and install the Xposed framework. Take note that this is an experimental system that might brick your device.
• Download the IMEI Changer app on the Google Play Store. This is an Xposed Module and requires the framework to work.

Krafton has just revealed a brand new tournament called Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 (BGIS 2021). It is the first tournament for the Indian PUBG Mobile/BGMI esports scene after more than a year. It is going to restart the esports scene for the game, which had been put on hiatus since the ban of PUBG Mobile. 1. BGIS 2021 Details and Prize Pool

Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 is the successor of PUBG Mobile India Series, the biggest Indian PUBGM tournament prior to the nationwide ban. It will be conducted using a new anti-cheat system from the 1.7 updates, ensure fair play for all competitors. The tournament was previously scheduled for September this year but was delayed to December.

According to BGMI officials, the last date for BGIS registration across the country is November 28. Furthermore, BGIS 2021 will have a total prize pool of ₹1,00,00,000 ($134k). The prize distribution is still unclear at the time of writing this post, however.

2. Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 schedule

The BGIS 2021 tournament will be divided into 5 stages. Below is the complete schedule for all of them:

32 teams will be directly invited to the Online Qualifier by Krafton, skipping the in-game qualifier rounds. It is still unclear which teams are going to be invited, as a lot of big names in the BGMI scene have disbanded or without an organization.

Old PUBG Mobile rosters are almost non-existent now - most of them are gone, from the legendary TSM Entity to GodLike and Fnatic. The ban has definitely hit the Esports scene hard.

1. Mirror World Mode

This is part of the League of Legends collaboration event (both games are owned by Tencent). Players will be able to enter the floating Mirror Island and fight as heroes from the League of Legends animated series ARCANE. Below are the details of the event:

Players need to play on Erangel to be able to enjoy the mode. There are 2 mirror islands to explore: Piltover and Zaun. Each of them can be accessed using the Wind Barrier that appears randomly on the map.

After reaching the island, they can transform into an avatar of their choice (Vi, Jinx, Jayce, or Caitlyn). Afterward, their task is to fight and defeat the Arcane monsters to return to the normal BR map.

Hextech Crystals

Players can now collect Hextech Crystals that spawn around Erangel. They can be exchanged for items and guns from the Trade Terminal.

Arcane monsters from Mirror Island will also spawn around Erangel randomly. By defeating them, players can also retrieve items and Hextech Crystals.

2. New Royale Pass and modes

The Mirror Realm Royale pass (also called M5 Royale Pass) will start on Nov 19, 2021 and last until Dec 19, exactly a month. It contains various attractive cosmetics, including the Lethal Creepster set and the Vanguard Suit. Additionally, players can also get a backpack and KAR98K and MK47 skins.

Six old modes will be reintroduced as part of this month's event:

• Runic Power: Arrives on November 30, 2021 and is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
• Payload 2.0: Available from November 29, 2021 every Monday, Saturday, and Sunday with support for rooms and spectating.
• Infection Mode: Commences on November 25, 2021 and will open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
