Top 3 teams to watch out for in FFCO National Finals

Team Elite (Lucknow Tigers)

Team Elite has been on a roll as of late. While they only placed 3rd in the Lucknow regional finals and missed the direct ticket to the event, their rounds during the play-ins and play-ins finals were exemplary.

In the FFCO Play-Ins finals, Team Elite crushed everyone in the first three matches by taking three booyahs in a row. They finished with a whopping 56 kills and 121 points. Elite Iconic became the MVP of the Finals, with 21 kills and a whopping 10324 damage. 5 digits records are super rare in Free Fire tournaments.

Play-Ins Finals Recap
Iconic managed to get the rare 5-digit damage count.

Galaxy Racer x 4 Unknown (Mumbai Strikers)

Two popular Free Fire squads, GXR and 4 Unknown, have done a surprise collaboration for Free Fire City Open 2021. The team pretty much merged, with Swastik and Anand from 4 Unknown joining Maryx and Golden from GXR. They merged their team names and play as one in the Mumbai Finals.

The MVP of this tournament is Swastik from 4UN GXR, who is responsible for 15/41 kills of the team and inflicting a whopping 8277 damage. This is 3k damage more than the second spot, Anand, who is also from 4XR.

Swastik
Swastik deals an incredible amount of damage in the match.

Captains (Hyderabad Nawabs)

Captains is also one of the teams that completely dominated their regional finals. In the Hyderabad Finals, they won four out of six booyahs and took a whopping 84 kills. Their final result is 146 points, more than double that of the runner-up squad.  Captains Nivesh was the MVP of the Finals, with a record-breaking 15.5k damage total and 34 kills. This is amongst the biggest amount of damage that a single player has dealt in a Free Fire tournament.

The team also secured fifth place at the Free Fire Pro League 2021. Afterward, a popular esports organization, Blind Esports, acquired Captain's roster.

MVP Standings
It is not a surprise that all 4 members of team Captains got into the MVP Standings.

Final Standings
Final Standings of FFCO Play Ins 1

Rule Breakers, runner up of Kolkata Finals, were the biggest letdown with a 10th place finish. AY Esports Nayan is the MVP of the tournament, inflicting 4905 damage and eliminating 11 opponents. Tex.Suraj took the 2nd spot with 10 kills and 4781 damage. GXF.Jarvis was in the 3rd spot, with 4000 damage and 9 frags to his name.

This is one of the few tournaments with the top 5 MVP all from different teams. Conqueror was the most unlucky team overall, with the same number of points as the 6th spot, but fewer placement points. This eliminates them from the tournament despite the fact that they have one booyah while the other team has none.
