In submarine mode, the Toreador's performance is average. It achieves a faster forward speed compared to a Submersible or a Kraken, but it remains slower than surface speed boats.

The Toreador surpasses the Stromberg in one aspect: its booster. This booster operates similarly to vehicles equipped with turbine boosters like the Rocket Voltic and the Oppressor. It provides a brief propulsion burst of about a second and recharges quickly, approximately in one second. This feature enables the Toreador to accelerate rapidly or maintain speed better than most cars (although it falls short compared to the Vigilante in this regard). Notably, the booster functions underwater as well, giving it an advantage over most naval vehicles.

2. Grotti Vigilante

The Vigilante is a customized 2-door car resembling the iconic Batmobile from the 1989 movie Batman, which was originally built on an elongated Chevrolet Impala chassis. However, its rear design is based on the "Tumbler" version of the Batmobile featured in the 2005 film Batman Begins.

This well-performing sports car not only offers impressive driving capabilities but also combines offensive features inspired by heavily armored vehicles. This even surpasses the ground speed of the P-996 LAZER, which is 136 mph / 218.9 km/h. By consistently utilizing the boost, the Vigilante achieves an average top speed of over 120 mph / 193.1 km/h. Without the boost, the Vigilante still boasts a statistically high top speed of 115 mph / 185.1 km/h.

3. Rocket Voltic

While the Rocket Voltic shares the same electric engine as the regular Voltic, it is slightly heavier due to the added rocket at the back. Nevertheless, it maintains good acceleration thanks to the direct transmission between the engine and the wheels.

The Rocket Voltic is equipped with a sizeable rocket booster that, when activated, emits a brief burst, propelling the vehicle to high speeds for a moment. From a stationary position, the car can reach around 130 miles per hour in approximately 1.5 seconds, and while already at top speed, it can boost up to around 140 miles per hour. After each boost, the rocket requires a nine-second recharge time before it can be used again. It's worth noting that the recharge will only commence once the car has landed on all four wheels. However, if the vehicle remains grounded after becoming airborne, the recharge process will continue.

Similar to fighter jets' turbines, the Rocket Voltic's turbine will forcefully push away any player or pedestrian who is in front of it when the rocket burst is activated, potentially causing fatal consequences. It is crucial for players to exercise caution when using the turbine, as it can propel the vehicle forward, potentially leading to collisions with traffic.

4. Declasse Scramjet

The Scramjet draws inspiration from the renowned 1960s Anime series Speed Racer and its lead vehicle, the Mach Five. Its design incorporates front and rear fenders reminiscent of the Alfa Romeo 33/2 Coupé Speciale.

Thanks to its aerodynamic design, the Scramjet delivers impressive acceleration, top speed, and satisfactory handling and braking capabilities. The low suspension, resulting from its wheels having negative camber, can pose difficulties in navigating small obstacles.
