Amouranth has always been the center of Twitch drama and it seems to help her career.]]>

Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa, one of the most infamous names on Twitch is actually earning the most money. She was the pioneer that started the whole hot-tub stream on Twitch. Twitch then had to create a whole new Category for Hot Tub streams.

Amouranth
Amouranth is a very controversial female streamer on Twitch

Amouranth Reveals Her Earning

While constantly making controversial content, Amouranth has always been able to dodge the ban, until last month. Amouranth was banned for inappropriate ASMR content for a few days. However, it didn't slow her down at all. Recently, during a stream with H3H3, she revealed that it was actually her best month as she earned $1.1 million (~ Rs 8.1 crores).

"Last month was actually my highest month ever. I made 1.1 million last month."

Also, she mentioned that this money was from a source that is not Twitch. There is a high chance that this was her earning from her OnlyFan account, where people subscribe and pay money to see her exclusive content.

If she was able to make $1.1 million in a month, it is safe to assume that she is a millionaire and her net worth is much higher than this. With such a high earning, it is quite easy to understand why Amouranth kept involving in Twitch drama. Obviously, it is working really well for her.

Amouranth is currently having 630 thousand subscribers on her YouTube channel and 3.9 million followers on her Twitch channel.

<![CDATA[Twitch Streamers Indiefoxx And Amouranth Banned From Twitch For Inappropriate ASMR Content]]> https://gurugamer.com/streamers/indiefoxx-and-amouranth-twitch-ban-17509 Tue, 22 Jun 2021 10:17:00 +0000 https://gurugamer.com/streamers/indiefoxx-and-amouranth-twitch-ban-17509
Indiefoxx and Amouranth have been banned on Twitch and netizens have things to say about this.]]>

Twitch streamers Indiefoxx and Amouranth have opted to take their weekend off. However, one might not have known that their days off were not voluntary. The two streamers, in fact, both just received a ban on the platform not long ago.

Jenelle Dagres and Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa, better known as Indiefoxx and Amouranth on Twitch, were struck with bans after streaming overly carnal ASMR content continuously.

Meanwhile, Twitch is clamping down on ASMR streams and has started with restricting two among the most known faces in the industry. Both of them in total have more than 4 million followers subscribing to follow their content.

Twitch
Find out these two streamers received bans from the platform.

However, the big question here is why did they ban two top famous ASMR streamers out there?

Twitch cracks down on ASMR streams

For starters, Indiefoxx and Amouranth were pouring their efforts into the “ASMR Meta” category to gain revenue and popularity.

In general, this is not a problem as Twitch is open to everybody. We know of streamers using this tag for the contents like whispering, reading, tapping fingernails,… However, the two good-looking streamers among lots of others started abusing this privilege for their own good. This was in turn hurting genuine and small-time ASMR content creators.

In fact, this is not the first time Amouranth got banned on Twitch.

Amouranth Twitch
Amouranth is a popular streameron on Twitch.

There is probably a division of opinions on whether the platform should be policing, while Indiefoxx and Amouranth’s bans were the result of abusing Twitch’s privilege instead of violating the rules intrinsically.

Considering the fact that the platform has grown big over time, filling it under the name of pseudo-ASMR content poses a conflict with the authentic parameters.

Needless to say, the restriction is certainly not permanent so streamers like Indiefoxx and Amouranth will need to return to other appropriate sections, or else they would have to face more bans in the time coming.

Indiefoxx
They are taking a break with a ban policy hanging on their heads.

All in all, the genre of content that gets produced was not the issue. It is because the streamers have piggybacked on the ASMR meta to get more income and views.

What netizens say

Twitter has been booming with diverse reactions, to say the least. While some said that the bans were not fair, others claimed that the streamers should not deem themselves as content creators at all.

Twitter Reactions 1
Netizens have had divided opinions about the news.
Twitter Reactions 3
Some said the ladies should not call themselves content creators for those contents.

Regardless of the case, Twitch will need to do a better job in defining parameters as well as framing projecting rules in regards to similar problems. Currently, we can assume that the ASMR section will remain lowkey for a period of time.

A former CS:GO streamer by the name of phantomlord wins his lawsuits against Twitch. The platform banned him in 2016 for fraud allegations regarding a gambling website.]]>

Twitch isn't the most transparent platform when it comes to revealing the reason for a streamer ban. For example, the mystery behind Dr. Disrespect's ban still remains. However, in the case of the former Twitch streamer James 'Phantoml0rd' Vargas, Twitch banned him in 2016 for fraud allegations. The streamer has just won his lawsuit against the streaming platform.

Vargas was quite big of a name in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive community, particularly CS:GO gambling. Here, players bet in-game skins on professional matches or on games of chance (like using a roulette wheel). Winners take all.

Certain skins in CS:GO are only available in a certain time frame. Therefore, they have a high value on secondary marketplaces. And where there's potential to make a profit, there's gambling. Dive deep into the seedy underbelly of CS:GO and you will find yourself in a gritty dark place.

Phantoml0rd Twitch Streamer
Vargas was a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive streamer.

With so much money on the line for players who bet their skins on, some are getting very wealthy. Vargas was probably one of them. He was accused in 2016 of running a CS:GO website and actively promoting it though not revealing that he owned the site.

Twitch banned Vargas for the same reason, but without any proof of these allegations of fraud. And this is also what helps him won the lawsuit just a few days ago. The streamer seeks to clear his name, along with financial compensation. Though Vargas was found to be in the right of the lawsuit, he only receives $20,702.34 in damages. Initially, he asked for $35 million.

Phantoml0rd Twitch Lawsuit

With millions of daily views and growing thousands of streamers, Twitch has become a prominent target for lawsuits. The streaming platform faced a "scantily clad" female streamers lawsuit just last summer.

In the case of Vargas, he finally cleared his name after being kicked out of the site without any actual evidence of wrongdoing. However, his lawsuit also brought back some shady practices surrounding the popular FPS game.

Twitch Streaming Platform
Twitch is now a prime target for lawsuits.

The whole CS:GO gambling economy is still running strong regardless. The question of the direct links between streamers and gambling websites remains. And let's not forget the big-time cheaters in the CS:GO scene, who managed to get to the very top.

Tfue is the second Twitch streamer to cross 10M followers

A few days ago, the streamer celebrated his achievement by sharing it on his Twitter handle. Apart from receiving congratulations from fans, the 23-year-old streamer is also recognized by his streamer counterparts and teammates.

In fact, the streamer was in the middle of his Minecraft stream that he realized the 10M milestone had been hit. To celebrate the victory, he chucked a beer with his partner TheDuckManX before going back to the game.

By reaching 10M followers on Twitch, Tfue has carved his name as the second most followed streamer on Twitch while the 1st title goes to Ninja with 16,7M followers by February 2021. While it might take a long time to catch up with Ninja, Tfue is being followed by Shroud who is only 1M followers lesser than him. Hope that he can keep up with the good work and rack up more viewers in the future.

<![CDATA[Where Is YouTuber LeafyIsHere Now After A Ban For Harassment?]]> https://gurugamer.com/streamers/youtuber-leafyishere-ban-harassment-15915 Sun, 14 Feb 2021 17:07:00 +0000 https://gurugamer.com/streamers/youtuber-leafyishere-ban-harassment-15915
Netizens witnessed many times LeafyIsHere frankly commented on his colleagues, as well as other streamers, and it may lead to his being hated on both Twitch and YouTube.]]>

Last year, Calvin Lee Veil, better known as YouTuber LeafyIsHere, got a permanent ban on YouTube after his violation of harassment policies on this popular platform. Not long after that, his accounts on both YouTube and Twitch were then removed.

Leafyishere

In the past, LeafyIsHere was under a lot of controversies due to his streaming content. This YouTuber has been accused of being a racist by those who said that he threatened them.

Netizens witnessed many times LeafyIsHere frankly commented on his colleagues, as well as other streamers, and it may lead to his being hated on both Twitch and YouTube. It’s not surprising that he then got a ban on these platforms, but it is rumored that the major reason behind this YouTuber’s permanent ban may be related to two internet personalities including Ethan Klien and Pokimane.

Speaking of LeafyIsHere’s Twitch ban, many may still remember that it was issued on the day the 1996-born streamer Pokimane came back on this platform after break. That’s why some believes that his ban was related to this female streamer.

Additionally, Pokimane has been known as one of the Twitch ambassadors since 2018. However, Leafy mocked and criticized her many times via his streams and videos, leading to his ban afterwards. It was also said that Pokimane’s fandom reported his all content on the streaming platforms and that’s why his accounts were then terminated.

It worth mentioning that many streamers felt very happy about his ban because LeafyIsHere obviously offended not only Pokimane but also many others. In December last year, he once again came back to YouTube as a content creator hired by RedBloom LLC.

He named his new channel Leafy but the controversial YouTuber soon got another ban because his channel allegedly violated the Terms Of Service on YouTube. This guy then moved to upload his videos on StoryFire, YouTube’s rival.

Leafy Banned Pokimane Compressed

Although LeafyIsHere often annoyed other streamers, he always receives support from KeemStar, a 1982-born streamer and YouTuber. LeafyIsHere has recently revealed on his Twitter that he often plays Minecraft with KeemStar. At present, he mainly works on two social networks Instagram and Twitter.

The world of streamers always arouses the curiosity of the netizens and many streamers try their best to attract the viewers as much as possible. However, not all of them gain success as they hope. Some even ruin their careers in an eye blink after a few live streams.

BadBunny

There have now been about 1.69 lakh followers on her Twitch account. However, as we all know, this streamer has recently come under fire after she reportedly berated the viewers many times when they didn’t donate enough money for her. Many even said that BadBunny is amongst the greediest streamers at present.

Badbunny

ZilianOP

Angel ZilianOP Hamilton is a familiar face of the World of Warcraft streaming world. The streamer with a disability was paralyzed from the waist down. But it turned out to be a big hoax. On a live stream, ZilianOP didn’t seemingly remember that the camera was still on, and he stood up and even walked off the screen.

Meanwhile, the girl ZilianOP talked to at that time kept pretending that nothing happened. However, this streamer got a ban on Twitch after the netizens shared this clip on the Internet.

Zilianop

Dellor

Last year, Dellor was known as one of the notable streamers on social networks. He used to work as an Overwatch player and a streamer of some popular games such as Apex Legends, PUBG, and Fortnite. The number of followers on his Twitch account reached over 5 lakh.

Dellor tended to lose his control and break keyboards multiple times in the past. And in October 2019, this streamer was permanently banned on Twitch. Dellor once again started his career on YouTube and now, he has over 6.81 lakh subscribers.

Dellor

FaZe Jarvis

Unlike the three above incidents, the incident of FaZe Jarvis is a bit different. His permanent ban on Twitch took place one month before Dellor’ incident. In September last year, this streamer tested a new Anti-cheat system on Fortnite by creating a new account and checking whether this popular game would give him a ban via Aimbot.

His clip rapidly went viral and it’s not surprising that he was then permanently banned on this platform. That’s why streamers should be ready for any bitter end after their even-little mistake.

Jarvis

InvaderVie

Although InvaderVie’s streaming career hasn’t ended, she has kept coming under fire from the viewers, as well as other streamers across the world. During the COVID-19 pandemic, InvaderVie insulted her viewers when they couldn’t donate enough money or subscribe to her. As a result, she lost up to 87k followers on Twitch. Despite her apology, a large number of netizens still don’t want to forgive her.

Twitch Streamer TheNicoleT is really lucky to have such a sensible mother.

Streaming is a relatively new profession in the modern era. Therefore, many parents express concerns when their children choose this career path. Twitch Streamer TheNicoleT's mother is no exception. Though being very supportive of her daughter, she didn't forget to be strict.

To celebrate her Twitch channel reaching 300 subs, the beautiful streamer called her mother immediately to announce the news. Upon congratulating her daughter on the achievement, the female streamer's mother also reminded her to "remember to keep some clothes on".

Shortly after, the mother seemed to realize that her words to her daughter were heard by a lot of the stream viewers. She quickly hung up, and Twitch Streamer TheNicoleT's chat exploded with comments from the viewers. They praised the cute mother and child moment and congratulated the streamer. TheNicoleT must feel very lucky to have a parent who is both supportive and protective of her children.

Girl Streamers Got Banned For Impolite Action On The Mainstream

These four ill-famed streamers come from Korea. They have just come back after the previous ban for offensive streaming content of group swimming. However, it seems that the punishment didn’t make them “docile”. They once again got banned from their impolite and offensive action on the mainstream.

This time, four beautiful streamers didn’t wear sexy bikinis like in their group swimming streaming that made them get banned before. Instead, they wore charming and ravishing cheongsams. It would never matter if they just wore those stunning outfits and did normal streaming. However, after minutes, four pretty girls started to follow the beaten track and did their tricks to attract viewers.

Chobi, the girl in green cheongsam became the victim of the tricks. The other three girls started to untie Chobi’s cheongsam buttons and touch her bust, making the girl cover her bust with her arms and hands. However, Chobi, the victim of the trick, still laughed and appeared to be fine with her friends’ trick on the mainstream. She didn’t show any signs of discomfort or embarrassment with her friends’ impolite manners.

This trick of four streamers made the chatbox boil with both praises and criticisms. Some viewers even reported and asked the administrator of the streaming platform to ban their channel for those offensive contents. Then, the channel of these four streamers finally got banned. Hopefully, after the ban, they will get a lesson and give up doing sexy or offensive content on their streaming.
